The refinery at Hanau for example has the status of a “preauthorized facility”, in compliance with all regulatory and environmental protection obligations.
In 2009 at the Hanau facility we are planning for the certification of our Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001:2004. The facilities in California and Tennessee have been ISO certified since 2004.
